Gentle Support for Women Untangling Life, Money + Mental Health.

Nervous system first. Practical tools second. Deep change always.

How I Help

I work with women navigating the deep tangle of motherhood, money, nervous system overwhelm, and the desire to feel like themselves again. Here’s how.

  1. Money & Nervous System Support
Learn to understand your money patterns through a trauma-informed lens. I primarily do practical budget, systems, and implementation support but with these underpinnings.

  2. Coaching for Motherhood & Life Transitions
For women navigating identity shifts, overwhelm, grief, or reorientation after birth, divorce, or burnout. You don’t have to hold it all alone.

  3. Somatic Parts Work Coaching
Bring gentleness and curiosity to the inner parts of you that are afraid, overwhelmed, or stuck. Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic resourcing.

My Approach

This is not therapy. I’m a midwifery and a money coach, so money and motherhood are central to my work, but I also work with all kinds of patterns that women bring to the table.

Grounded, relational, strategic, and totally custom to your nervous system and your life.

My work draws from:
Somatic Parts Work
YNAB-based money coaching
Real-life experience navigating single motherhood, self-employment, and system overwhelm

It’s part mindset, part mechanics, and part magic.
