Hey, I’m Margo! I’ve always been that person in group projects—the one who brings organization, efficiency, and maybe just a little too much enthusiasm to the table. Now, I’ve harnessed those superpowers to help you organize, inspire, and empower yourself, whether it’s with your money, your business, or your personal growth. Basically, I’m here to make sure you’re fully equipped to thrive!

I began my professional journey as a home birth midwife, running a solo practice from 2017 to 2023. Those years of supporting families and managing a business on my own taught me a lot about what it takes to build something meaningful from the ground up. Since 2013 I have also co-directed Indie Birth, an online business where we train doulas and midwives, helping them step into their roles with confidence and skill. IndieBirth is where I honed my skills in website creation, digital marketing, sales, and systems—all of which now shape my work helping other small business babes.

On a seemingly separate path in 2014, while I was still immersed in midwifery training, I found myself diving into the world of personal finance out of necessity. I was 25, expecting my first child, and without any savings. Managing our finances became a priority, and I discovered my knack for turning money chaos into clarity. I started supporting friends and family, and eventually became a certified financial coach. Coaching has allowed me to bring together my love of practical tools and my experience with life’s bigger transformations.

Today, my work spans multiple areas, from financial coaching and parts work to supporting small business owners with systems and structure (with a toe in teaching birth workers still too, ha!). Each of these pieces connects back to my passion for helping people align with their deepest goals so they can move forward with newfound clarity and confidence.

What I Offer

I support clients in multiple ways, all connected by the goal of empowering you to live your life with clarity and purpose. Here’s how I bring it all together:

• Parts Work Coaching: Parts work is a beautiful process that helps you deeply connect with the different aspects of yourself for greater wholeness and cohesion. This is the most profound vehicle for transformation that I have experienced, and I love holding space for others in this way.

• Money Coaching + Education: Transform your relationship with money and master your budget with practical, intuitive support designed to meet you exactly where you are. This is primarily practical but also often weaves in Parts Work, too.

• Bookkeeping and “CFO for Hire” Services: For small business owners, I offer packages that include bookkeeping, website creation, and financial wellness check-ins, ensuring that your financial health supports your broader life and business goals. Down the line, I’ll also provide tax preparation as I work toward earning my EA certification in 2025.
