Unraveling Your Money Story: FREE LESSON

Hey! Here’s the super special sneak peek at one out of 31 of the lessons inside of Mindful Money Magic, my comprehensive financial literacy and wellness course for rad women who need to start fresh from the ground up.

Lesson 2 is what you’ll see in a moment, and it is all about Unpacking Your Money Story. Mindset work is where the course begins, and for a reason! Doing the mindset work before getting into the budgeting and numbers will supercharge your efforts once you get to that point. Mindset work is also where you’ll return to again and again as you keep uncovering new beliefs and layers over time.

Check it out, and enroll in Mindful Money Magic to get the full shebang if you find yourself feeling intrigued and excited at the prospect of taking control of your financial wellness, leveling up, feeling more peace around money, and figuring out how to make your dreams come to life.

If you want/need more accountability I also offer 1 on 1 coaching and the first step is to get on a free 20 minute call with me to see if I can help you. Click here to book one of those :)

Lesson 2: Unpacking Your Money Story

Homework:

  • Complete the journaling exercises either while listening to the audio, or on your own time using the printable worksheet.

Lesson 2 Worksheet

I’m also including additional exercises for you here if you want to explore your money story more, now or later.

  • The Money Atom Exercise - This is really in depth and takes some time, but would be worth it if you feel like you have more complicated money stories you are trying to get to the root of. This is from the work of Brad and Ted Klontz and Rick Kahler but is written out nicely at this link from a fellow financial coach.

  • Money Dialogue : In this one you write down an hypothetical conversation (both sides!) that you would have with “money” as if it were a person.

  • Brad Klontz’s Money Scripts test.
